Information Collected
We gather four types of information: public, private, communicative, and automatic.
PUBLIC
Definition
Public information will include that information available for registered members to view, or demographic information. This includes your demographic information such as gender, user name, age, birth date, purchase history information, browsing history information, appearance, religion, occupation, zip code and geographical location.
Purpose
Your demographic information is used to: personalize your experience; allow other members to find you through a search result and to communicate with you; compose your personal profile, which is associated with an identity you have created; and to deliver targeted advertising and promotional offers to you if you choose to receive them.
PRIVATE
Definition
Private information is information that can personally identify you such as your real name, email address or credit card number.
Purpose
When you register to use any Site service, you will be asked for some general identifying information to enable us to provide you with this individualized service. We gather contact information (such as your email address) and, if you choose to purchase a subscription, credits or other services, financial information (such as your credit card number and expiry date). Credit card transactions may be processed by the Site via its third party intermediary/financial institution, or by a professional payment authorization service chosen for security and reliability. In either case, only the purchase price and the credit card information provided by the customer will be supplied, and such information will be maintained in their database for accounting and billing purposes. However, information from these transactions is not released to other third parties. This information is encrypted via a secure server to ensure that others cannot read it. Once on the secure server your credit card information is sent to a third party intermediary for processing. You will know you are in secure mode when the tiny padlock icon - located at the bottom right of your browser - appears "locked". We will only use this information in the course of providing our service to you. Except as permitted herein, the specific information we collect is not rented, sold, or shared with any third party, except to the third party intermediary that processes your transaction or where required by law.
COMMUNICATIVE
Definition
Communicative information is exclusive between the parties involved in some form of communication through the Site. Information such as your internal messaging conversations, instant messages, email messages to our service personnel, submission of answers to surveys, and participation in contests are considered communicative information.
Purpose
We store your messages for the purpose of our anonymous internal messaging system. Just like email, messages must be stored somewhere in order to deliver them. We allow you to utilize our internal messaging system so that you may remain anonymous by not giving up your email address to other members. Our Messenger works much the same way.
We acquire information from our surveys so that we can better understand our members and continually improve our service.
Contest information (such as your contact information) is collected so that we may contact our contestants with information regarding the contest. Except as permitted herein, the specific information we collect is not rented, sold, or shared with any third party without your explicit consent and is only ever disclosed in situations where required by law.
AUTOMATIC
Definition
Automatic information is information that we collect that is not personally identifiable such as your IP address, site usage and purchase behavior, browser type, browser activity, and browser settings. None of this information discloses any of your personal information.
Purpose
We use your IP and/or Mac address to avoid fraudulent registrations, and monitor site usage demographics and dynamics. Information that we may obtain regarding your browser and browser settings may be used to ensure that our site's technical features are available to you. Except as permitted herein, the specific information we collect is not rented, sold, or shared with any third party without your explicit consent and is only ever disclosed in situations where required by law.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Your Peace of Mind Is Our Priority.
SATISFACTION GURANTEE
Pop Curtains wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We hope you have ordered something you will love for years to come. We have been providing quality products at great prices .
All curtains and drapes on our website are made to customer specifications and NOT KEPT IN STOCK. These items are manufactured at the time the order is placed. This is also the reason the standard returns policies of mass produced goods do not apply to our products. Each article at us is cut and tailored to our customers' exact specifications, and therefore by default, we do not take returns.
COLOR VARIATIONS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We CANNOT guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We do NOT accept returns or replacements based on feedback on color variance.
MARGIN OF ERROR/FLAWS IN HUMAN CRAFTSMANSHIP
Since each item at Pop Curtains is handcrafted, we allow for 2 inches of deviation from measurement specifications in the order. We do NOT accept returns/replacements or refunds if custom items are stitched within the specified margin of error of 2 inches.
Please be aware that from start to finish, every single product is manually handled from picking and cutting of fabric to sewing, ironing, folding and wrapping. In light of this rather intense human process, it’s not uncommon for end products to sometimes show minor signs of handling such as light tailor chalk marks, a rare stray thread, or specks of smudge from fabric production run. These minor flaws are unfortunately unavoidable, and we therefore do not accept requests for replacements or returns on these bases under any circumstances.
Also, while we steam press every piece before it leaves our studio, we can’t guarantee that the long journeys (or border control checks by custom officials) won’t wrinkle drapery in transit. Therefore, we do not offer any compensation, return or replacement whatsoever on account of wrinkling in transit.
We strongly advise you to be sure of your custom specifications before ordering, double check all your measurements and contact us if you need help clarifying your specifications.
CANCELLATIONS
We offer 100% refund if work has not started on the products. After that only the value of the order less costs incurred up to that point can be refunded. Since made-to-measure products are unlikely to be able to be resold, we are unable to offer any refund for cancellations after order is ready.
We reserves the sole right to determine value of cancelled order refund.
FAULTY PRODUCT
If the product is found to be faulty, buyer must inform us within 24 hours following receipt of your order. We will offer you a solution as soon as we receive your inform.
Pop Curtains reserves the sole right to determine if product is faulty.
